Generally the food and service are very good, BUT recently serving the lunch menu took over one hour and a half, which wouldn't have been an issue if the staff would have volunteered to inform us what was going on, to ask us how we are and how they can help to pass the time in as much of a pleasant way as possible and provide at least some refreshments.

Instead we and all the other patrons were ignored, weren't even offered water and our friend had to wait for a salad for the whole time.

Being respected as a customer is the main thing I rate so for me that automatically makes a 5 star place into a 2 star one. I'll be happy to update the review to the 5 starts the food deserves if the situation don't repeat itself in the future.

The food is quite good here. The ` a la carte` menu is kind of expensive but the daily course is accessible and quite good.
Be careful if want to eat fast, as there can be quite wait on more busy days. Wish they had more staff. I can see the waiters struggle a bit to serve everyone at times.

Great Italian cuisine place. Beside the impeccable a la carte menu, you will get very pleasant surprised on the lunch offer - usually: at least one dish from the offer is something that is not on the main menu.

The food was good, they gave us appetizers but it took soooo long to receive the orders. But one strange thing is that only one table beside ours was taken, usually i see this as a bad sign for a restaurant.

Good food but they are very tricky if you have discount tickets.

Soon as you tell them that you have discount tickets, they will give you the old menu where the prices are double. So there is no discount...
