The Artist este acum locul unde Chef Paul transforma prin magia lui textura, aroma si culoarea fiecarui preparat in sculpturi ametitor de delicioase. Restaurantul se afla in Centrul Istoric al Bucurestiului, la parterul unei impresionante cladiri interbelice de pe strada ce poarta numele marelui pictor – Nicolae Tonitza.

Bucataria modernista a Chef-ului olandez combina tehnicile clasice cu cele din bucataria moleculara si influente din bucataria romaneasca, avand ca rezultat asocieri surprinzatoare de texturi si arome ce revolutioneaza gastronomia clasica.

Cei care pasesc pragul restaurantului fac primii pasi intr-o calatorie memorabila. La “the ARTIST” experienta culinara se tranforma intr-o experienta a emotiilor. Fiecare preparat din meniu este creat pentru a atinge toate coardele senzoriale. Aici vei trai experienta surprinzatoare de a gusta ceva cu adevarat nou, inovativ si delicios.

Ice cubes and roses petals in the sink. Spoon tasting. Relaxing music. Exquisite people taking care of you. But can't put tips on the credit card.

By far the best restaurant in Romania and one of the better ones in Europe and beyond. Creative cuisine combined with great execution and exceptional service. Worth a visit from just about anywhere.

Interesting food and good service. The dinner took us 5 hours. I went out hungrier than I came in. The whole experience was very interesting.

Loved it. Not your typical Romanian food. Very attentive service and imaginative meals. A must try, chef's speciality, cucumber sorbet.

It is probably the best restaurant in Romania and probably the only one truly worth the "fine or haute cuisine" description. Prices are in accordance with this, which is natural.
The reason I gave it just 3 stars is that in two of my visits, food in several plates at our table had major faults - first time the fish dishes were incredibly salty, the other time some burns. We received some free desserts and a drink I think, but these mistakes are quite impardonable at these level. Maybe we were the only unlucky clients. The rest of the dishes were always amazing!
