As regular business visitors to Bucharest, Nomad has been our go-to for hosting clients. Unfortunately, after our most recent experience, we won't be returning.
Despite clearly ordering a vegetarian meal, my colleague was served a chicken burger. When the error was flagged, it took 20 minutes for a replacement to arrive, with no initial apology. Given the mistake and the delay, I requested the item be removed from the bill. Management refused, offering "apology shots" instead—which were neither wanted nor appropriate for a business dinner.
The manager’s attitude quickly turned hostile and dismissive. While I intended to leave a tip for the floor staff, the manager’s aggression made that impossible. It is disappointing to see a venue treat high-spend, loyal clients with such little respect.
