Nice place to drink some cocktails. When I was last time I waited more than 1h for my food and was very cold. All the drink was lovely, but my problem was with food. When I spoke with one girl from the staff she was so friendly and helpful. They have good staff.

the second favourite place on Decebal street. the prices are a bit high but the view and the open space feeling compensate in a big way. during the day for the morning cofee and breakfeast is awsome. In the night is pretty crowded but resonable
