Caracatita super bine gatita , la fel si crevetii, platourile au fost exceptionala dar nu pot da 5 stele din cauza icrelor de crap. Ne asteptam la gustul adevarat al icrelor preparate intr-un restaurant pe cand ce am servit , pot spune ca sunt mai bune cele de la mega la cutie de 10 lei.

De fie care datǎ când mergem acolo sunt servit foarte bine mâncarea este mereu la fel de bunǎ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We celebrated a birthday at Juicy Crab today and would like to share our experience.
First of all, the food was genuinely delicious — we really enjoyed the dishes, and the bucket concept is fun and creates a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, a few moments in the service somewhat spoiled the overall impression of the evening.

When we arrived, the waiter brought four menus and simply placed them in the middle of the table before walking away. Nothing critical, of course, but it felt a bit unusual, especially considering that the table had been reserved for a group.

The main issue happened later. We ordered a bucket for four and were enjoying our meal. After some time, we took a short break, but we did not give any sign that we were planning to leave — we were still seated, not dressed, and hadn’t asked for the bill.
However, the waiter approached us and asked if he could “collect everything.” It felt as if we were being rushed, which made the situation uncomfortable. As a result, we decided to start getting ready, even though under different circumstances we would have stayed longer.

Another unpleasant moment happened while the waiter was clearing the table. There was still quite a lot of food left — two types of mussels, prawns, and a crab. We asked to have everything packed to go. The waiter put part of the leftovers into a container, but the rest was simply thrown away, including the crab, which was clearly large and not inexpensive. We were not offered an additional container, and it genuinely surprised us, as staff usually ask whether guests would like to take all remaining food with them.

We are not trying to blame anyone or get someone in trouble — we would simply appreciate it if the management could look into this. These may seem like small things, but such details significantly affect the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, the end of the evening left us feeling a bit disappointed.

We do hope this feedback helps improve the service, because the food was truly good, and we would like to return again with better impressions.

Este prima optiune cand vrem sa mancam fruncte de mare. Ne plac retetele casei, fructele sunt gustoade, proaspete.
Personalul este foarte atent si tot ceea ce reconmanda ne place.
Si idea de a manxa cu manudi ne ofera un sentiment de intimitate placut.
Metita incercat cel putin o data!
