Am apreciat comunicarea buna cu staff-ul si flexibilitatea. Colectia de board-games e asa de mare incat nu ai cum sa nu gasesti ceea ce cauti.

I’m sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. However, as with any hospitality venue, we kindly ask that outside food and drinks not be consumed on the premises. The courteous thing to do is to enjoy meals from McDonald’s or KFC at their respective locations, as every establishment prefers that guests consume their own products.

The Cosplayer drink was absolutely lovely! But unfortunately I would have a small critique as well: unfortunately the place seems pretty understaffed.

We’re sorry if the wait was longer than usual. On the day of your reservation, we were hosting not just one, but two events—one of which was a large party. Although we had our full staff working that day, preparation times were a bit longer due to the high volume of orders.
