We are Carol Gastro Bierhaus – a cozy and warm restaurant with a German flavor, located in Sinaia, near Peleș and Pelișor Castles. We love to create memories for you and we hope that your experience with us reminds about few things:
You ate in a lively restaurant. We are doing our best to share our happiness with you so as you can feel our positive energy became part of our story. We are addicted to smile and our first mission when we welcome you is to make you feel as our best friend;
You had a good meal. We believe that happiest people are those who eat well and that`s why we use only natural ingredients and flavors. We carefully select our products so as we can cook tasty, fresh and healthy food for you;
Your kids had fun while eating. We know that, sometimes, having lunch or dinner with kids is not always a quiet moment. However, here, at Carol Gastro Bierhaus, we have some comfortable chairs for kids, decorated with little games, and we offer them very catchy coloring books and crayons;
You felt like home. We like to see you happy and pleased about our services and more than that, we are doing our best to give you that homey feeling. We treat you with friendship without disturbing you, we make little jokes without being impolite and we are happy without being noisy around you;
