A cozy, quiet place to grab a drink or have a coffee with friends, or - why not? - by yourself. You won't be able to grab a bite here (though they might allow you to order from elsewhere - worked for us, with a party of about 12-15 people). They don't have a large selection of drinks, but if you're not too picky and / or are looking for something a bit more quiet, give Toni's a shot.

One of my preferred places in Cluj to have a coffee in a quiet place and cozy place. The terrace is also nice and shadowy and cool especially in the summer .
