This was our second visit to Noeme, an elegant and Michelin worthy restaurant with outstanding service and exceptional cuisine. Stephan, our host and waiter, is a unique personality and outstanding. He's full of wit and personal stories and helped craft our memorable dining experience. We started with a lovely, sparkling summer cocktail refresher to open up our palette, followed by the red mullet, foie gras and salad with shrimp. All excellent. Don't miss the foie gras!!! For main dishes, we had the octopus which was beautifully prepared and presented. It was plump, juicy and so flavorful. We also had the trout, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. Stephan helped us choose a lovely Chardonnay perfectly paired with our main course. We're looking forward to our next visit and more personal stories shared by Stephan. My only criticism of the restaurant is their continued use of paper napkins. A fine restaurant like Noeme deserves fabric napkins! I will bring my own napkin next time!

Memorable experience: food, wine, service and stories. The best octopus in town and sublime fish. Great Chardonays and desert. Stefan is a fantastic story teller, we enjoyed the service. Thank you for an exquisite dinner!

Dagens restaurantbesøg var en rigtig positiv oplevelse. Fra første øjeblik blev man mødt af en imødekommende stemning og opmærksom betjening, som satte tonen for resten af besøget. Maden var veltilberedt, smagfuld og præsenteret med øje for detaljen, hvilket vidner om både faglig stolthed og gode råvarer.
Særligt imponerende var balancen i retterne, hvor smagene spillede flot sammen uden at overdøve hinanden. Atmosfæren i restauranten var samtidig afslappet og indbydende, hvilket gjorde det nemt at nyde både maden og selskabet.
Alt i alt en oplevelse, der klart kan anbefales.
Mange tak, Morten. Det glæder mig meget at læse, at oplevelsen føltes god fra første øjeblik, og at både stemningen, betjeningen og maden fungerede godt sammen.

Ambient foarte placut, muzica la un volum propice conversatiei, manacare excelenta, servicii impecabile.

Am servit rata si pate, sotia a servit caracatita si barbun, extraordinar de bune.pe langa mancare ne-a placut foarte mult locatia si amabilitatea domnului ospatar

Mă bucur mult și că v-a plăcut locul în sine, nu doar mâncarea. Noeme a fost gândit ca un spațiu în care atmosfera să susțină seara fără să o încarce.

A wonderful restaurant with fantastic food and wine. The host was incredibly knowledgeable about the local produce. He was very welcoming and gave us some excellent recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return.
