I highly recommend it. The service is nice and the food is tasty. The prices are a bit high, but they are supposed to be a fine dining restaurant.

5 stars for the taste.
3 stars location and 2 for the ambient with english music over a french cuisine. Outside, I had this feeling of a 90's Bucharest block therase, with someone start shacking the carpet (my imagination) at the balcony, and mosquitoes buzzing around (real), some woman from the cleaning dishes swearing someone...:))) (real).
5 stars for the chef and service. Bit to much wine into the reduction, but that's subjective.
