Part of the identity of Kane is the interior of the house which was rebuilt to reflect what happens when you invite craftsmen to be progressive and bring their craft into modernity. Nice ambiance. Very good service. Food lacks a little salt but very tasty nonetheless. Hated that the bill was added either 5 - 10 - 15 %. as an option on top of the cost. With a high price of the menu it was at least 200 Reu. So i declined and added 50 leu manually. I might have given more if not asked for. A little reluctant on pouring the wine. Otherwise a great place to eat 👍
Atmosfera și serviciile excelent, mâncarea a fost surprinzătoare și bună
Am apreciat mult faptul ca au incercat sa ne faca un tasting menu vegan. Dar mancarea a fost mult sub asteptari. Nu au inlocuit multe dintre elementele pe care farfuria ovo-lacto le avea, doar le-au eliminat. Cel mai tare s-a simtit la desert, dar si la felurile care contineau branza, unt, lapte. Chiar exista momentan alternative foarte bune vegane. Pacat ca nu au reusit mai mult, dar si-au dat si ei seama de asta si ne-au facut cadou unul dintre cele doua tasting menus vegane. Am apreciat asta. Sper insa pe viitor sa dezvolte preparate mai elaborate si pentru vegani.
Every course was marvellous, but the beef millefeuille was outstanding. In fact a signature dish. And: A perfect wine pairing. I will be back as soon as possible.
