Infiintata in anul 2012, Ferma Baciu este amplasata la 15 kilometri de Calarasi, in vecinatatea Deltei Dunarii. Vacutele si taurasii crescuti de noi au o dieta constituita doar din cereale cultivate in ferma noastra, fara adaosuri artificiale.

The divine taste of the meat and generously sized plates resonated well with the prices and waiting time.
Despite the wait, I appreciate the dedication to cooking quality food.
The prices are reasonable, accompanied by a nice presentation and helpful guidance.
The stuff was friendly, exemplar.
Loved the cozy and romantic vibes as well.
Definitely going back!!

Maybe we went there with too high hopes.. But the steak (21 days aged ribeye) was absolutely tasteless, no flavor, no nothing. The lack of fat of the meat made it super boring and difficult to finish. The attempts to make it better with salt and pepper were futile.
The service was good, the portions big and also the sides were tasty, but we expected way more from the steaks...

I was very pleasantly impressed by what I ate. I read several reviews, some better, some less good, but I discovered one thing: I ate very good beef. I ate my fillet mignion and my partner ate beef cheeks with truffle puree. This dish is from the slow cook category and it really feels very tasty. My very fresh and soft muscle and the truffle puree, a delicacy. The place is not big, it was crowded and you can see in the kitchen what is being cooked. One of the things that seemed unnatural to me was the fact that one of the waiters was sitting at a table that was not very professional. Then the system with the menu on the tablet is quite difficult, the tablets without power and if you accidentally closed it you find it harder to find the PDF with the menu. QR code doesn't work! The lady who served us was exactly as it should be, we asked for opinions and we received them to the point. The prices are not exaggerated (Vacamuu or Osho, much money) many wines of all kinds but by the glass of what I saw only a few. I did not drink or ask for additional information. It is definitely an experience for those who eat beef and worth a try. And last but not least, the interior is beautifully arranged, the meat showcase where you can buy or choose to eat in the restaurant. And one more remark: after the food came, a young lady urgently brought me a set of special cutlery for the beef and politely asked me if I would like to try the dedicated ones and of course it was much better. That's about it and let's get along well.

We have spent the 8th of march evening with my wife at Ferma Baciu and we dont regret it. As a present she received a glass of prosecco and a flower. The waiter was very nice and helpful which enhanced the experience. The meat was correctly cooked and served.
The surprise dessert, which was a present from the restaurant was a very pleasant and tasty surprise.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Abit pricey, but it was well worth it.
We came as a party of five - two adults and three young kids.
There was live music.
The waiter was very experienced, helpful and polite.
He made sure that each one of us will have the best time.
It started with some bread and homemade cheese and liver pate.
Then 6 small cheese burgers and french fries for the kids.
A tomahawk for the adults.
Two beers and mineral water.
A cheese cake and tiramisu for dessert.
