Food is delicious yet they need to pay attention to details.
One of the best Lebanese restaurants in bucharest. They cook the food caring about the Lebanese flavours. It’s a small place but food is tasty and service is great. They have a small area for hookah .

Very good food and fair prices. Nice service.
The drawback for me was that smoking was allowed on the "terrace" (3 walls, roof, the forth wall made of sliding glass panels), and the smoke could be felt also inside.

It's very, very, very tasty. Trust me. I had my fingers, hands, gesticulating, moving with each bite like an Italian would do after tasting pleasure. It doesn't feel like being in a restaurant, more like being a guest at Toni's home and him serving you his own favorite dishes, or the ones he learnt from his family, the ones he grew up with. It's good fortune when you find a restaurant where the owner si also the main cook and the architect behind the recipes. You can sense his personal signature, personal way of doing each dish. The restaurant is a pleasant surprise in an area renowned for expensive restaurants with fancy exteriors that lack any depth. Here you can find a warm feeling of depth as the restaurant seems to be an extension of Toni's personality, personal taste and love for his traditional culinary flavours. Going back to food, I served the classical lentil soup with a bit of lemon juice on top of it. A simple dish, however very tasty and I could sense good ingredients being used in this simple mix. I had lentil soups in many places before in Bucharest and mosts where good, however this was the best till now. Afterwards, chicken liver cooked in pomegranate juice. Again, very good ingredients, fresh. I somehow think that was a real pomegranate being used. Many restaurants would just use the bottled, processed sauce/extract. It's a bit of a cheat from the true flavour. Toni's pomegranate sauce impressed me. It was fresh, delicately sour and overall not to sweet as to spoil the balance of taste. It was just perfect. The best pomegranate sauce I tried till now after a couple of previous trials in different places that did not impress me. I used the puffy lebanese pita bread together with the above dish, soaked it in the pomegranate sauce and it was amazing. I also soaked a Falafel bite in it. Again, it was amazing. I ended up the sauce like this with Falafel and Pita. The liver I combined it with a fresh mint and garlic yogurt. I left the restaurant filled, those were filling dishes, but I did not feel them heavy. So I had a good walk afterwards and enjoyed the rest of the day. I recommend this place, hope it will impress you too.
