In anul 2019, a luat nastere, la Bucuresti, un loc elegant si sofisticat, focusat pe calitatea preparatelor si oferirea unei experiente de neuitat. Conceptul nisat in jurul carnii de top a fost dezvoltat de catre fondatorul, Mircea Chiru, gurmand si expert in mancare si bauturi premium.
Ce se intampla acolo?
Este o calatorie gastronomica completa, unde poti avea parte de o degustare de carne premium in adevaratul sens al cuvantului. Cau Steakhouse ofera o experienta culinara inedita, unde clientul incepe sa faca parte din familie, inca de la primul pas spre vitrina in care se regasesc peste 20 de sortimente unice in Romania, printre care cut-uri puse la dispozitie de fermele Creekstone si Snake River din Statele Unite, ferma Rangers Valley din Australia si Wagyu Numamoto din Japonia. Sunt alese cele mai bune cut-uri, si anume: muschi, vrabioara, antricot si diafragma. De ce spunem ca face parte din familie? Clientul isi alege bucata de carne din vitrina pentru a o gati acasa, dar are si posibilitatea sa i se gateasca de unul dintre bucatarii restaurantului fara extra cost pentru preparare. In introducere se mentioneaza de o calatorie completa. Este chiar mai mult de atat. Cau, pe langa specialitatile culinare, ofera si o gama larga de vinuri atent selectionate care se imbina perfect cu gustul si calitatea carnii.

Very very expensive! The place looks nice and the owner seems friendly, he doesn't leave us the menu and we trust him. For two we paid over €200 for two entrecotes and a fillet, two glasses of wine and two side dishes! The meat is good anyway.
