Tacos are full of greasy mayonnaise, coleslaw salad, and meat leftovers.

Really disappointing, over-priced, and the food has extremely bad quality ingredients.

Unfortunately, now Pokka has nothing to do with Mexican food. Or food generally speaking. Avoid this provider!

At Pokka Zazen, ordered a churro and a pulled pork quesadilla. After waiting for 25 minutes for them and witnessing how people who ordered after me got the same order almost instantly, I got lucky and found hair between my quesadillas. Even after I showed it to the staff, they greeted me ironically. Long story short, poor customer service, avoid.

I’ve been ordering from here for years and the food has gotten worse and the prices higher. The tortilla was the worse one I’ve ever eaten, it was soggy and the chicken wasn’t crispy. It had a terrible sauce in it. I don’t think I will ever order from here again.
