Old place, very good location, but still near the main road in Bucharest, so traffic in havy.

The food was great. Farmers beef soup was terrific. The service was outstanding. I needed to find a store for sundries and the waitress walked me there. The outside cafe offered comfort and liveliness.

This place is one of the few places still open since my first visit to Romania 20 years ago - love the old charm, decent food and fair prices.
