Coastele insorite ale Mediteranei i-au adus influente arabe, mirodenii si arome exotice de pe alte continente. Ca orice popor latin si italienii sunt mari gurmanzi iar pofta de mancare se vede in mesele lor copioase.
E greu sa rezumi varietatea de forme pe care o ia materia prima in bucataria unui italian. O masa italiana incepe cu antipasti sau gusatri reci. Urmeaza supa. Cu fidea, cu taitei, cu galuste, de peste sau cu legume, in functie de zona Italiei in care dorim sa o retraim.
Meniul contiuna cu paste. Si abia de aici incepe maiestria bucatarului nostru, italianul Domenico- spaghetti, lasagna, tortellini, tagliatelle. Nu va ganditi ca masa s-a terminat.
Felul principal abia acum vine. Carnurile sunt pretuite de italieni, la fel ca in orice alta tara. Fie ca e vorba de carne de porc, vita, pui sau miel, fie ca vorbim de delicatese marine, bucataria italiana le-a adaugat sosurile si condimentele care le schimba gustul si le dau aroma mediteraneana.
In locul felurilor de mancare pe baza de carne, italienii aleg uneori Risotto. Si pe acesta il gatesc cu fructe de mare sau legume, la care adauga smantana si condimentul secret - sofranul. Cum orice masa seriosa se temina cu un desert, restaurantul nostru se lauda cu un pretios cappuccino si expresso si cu inventia care te face sa te lingi pe degete: tiramisu.

A durat prea mult pana a luat chelnerul comanda. După câteva minute s-a apropiat sa intrebe repetat ce comandasem din băuturi. Carnea era gătită prost și foarte sărata. Ne-au adus niște foi de salata doar, deși cerusem O salata. Iar pe final, chelnerul pur și simplu a uitat ca am comandat și desert. Overall o experiența proasta. Prima și ultima vizita in acest local fancy, cu prețuri umflate pentru calitate proasta.
One of my favorite restaurant, good service and amazing food.
We hosted a friend of ours for dinner here and the food was okay. Charcuterie platter to start with and we had a main each along with a few side dishes.
The atmosphere was good but the service was a bit let down to be honest; we were served with our main dishes whilst we were still enjoying the platter and my partner's main plate was cleared while our guest and myself were still having our main dishes.
My red wine glass had a chipped on the rim and I had kindly asked the waiter to change it.
The duck main dish was a bit overcooked for my liking and I only had 2 slices of it.
Overall, I finished everything from the side dishes as I was craving for vegetables and salad. You can't simply mess up too much with a simple broccoli and spinach salad I guess.
I'm not a fussy eater and we've been to most of the fine dining restaurants worldwide, but I don't think I'm rushing to be back in this restaurant anytime soon.

Very much liked the place, nice ambiance, was a little bit crowded but not very noisy. Service was fast. Cleanliness was good. Cold and hot appetizer were above average, some of them were really delicious. I went for a steak and surprisingly it was quite good. A little bit overcooked than I expected but still juicy and tender, full of flavour. Hope to visit this place again.

It’s not my first time in isoleta but am afraid it might be the last. The food usually taste better than that but the fact that I had to wait around 40 min to receive the soup that came tasting horrible and end up not eating it, I had to wait another 15 min to receive the appetisers that came out ok but again another 40 min to receive the main course that came as well not tasting good. ( the restaurant was not fully booked but I couldn’t justify the late food delivery) . I lost appétit waiting this much especially that we didn’t order alcohol and we were not smoking. I rated 3 though for the location during summer and for all the other times the food tasted good but if I would rate my experience today I would have rated 1. Waiters are very nice though and dessert was good. For the price they charge , they should be much better than that.

This is definitely a high end restaurant worth stopping by, especially for business meetings and high class events. The menu is short, concise and well mastered by the chef, the plating is excellent and the attention to details is near perfect. However some more entries for vegetarians would have been nice. The view upon the Herastrau Lake is very nice, especially during sunsets. The overall atmosphere is also very pleasant, with dimmed lights and a soft live music by a single lady singer, that enables you to actually have a conversation over dinner. A reservation is in order, as this place is quite busy. They also provide a 2-port charging station, in the parking lot, for electric/hybrid cars, that was unfortulanetly occupied by conventional cars.

Its was amazing being here spending an evening, the restaurant’s atmosphere and specially the music were remarkably nice , the steaks were very tasty.
Special thanks to the waiters who were very kind and polite, their serves was outstanding.
