Rezervă la Athanor. La coupteur.

"Athanor" e un bistrou care funcționează într-o gospodărie țărănească tradițională din Gurbănești, Călărași. Servim în principal preparate gătite la cuptor pe lemne, grătar sau afumate cu diverse esențe de lemn. Folosim cu precădere ingrediente locale sau de la mici producători români ori din grădina proprie. Meniul e variabil în funcție de moment sau sezon. Pretul e fix, 150 lei de persoană, all you can eat din ce e disponibil (cel puțin 5 feluri), exclusiv băutura. Poți veni cu băutura preferată de acasă, la bistrou avem doar un vin roșu și unul alb și bere artizanală. Locurile sunt disponibile doar cu rezervare.

După masă te poți relaxa într-un hamac, citi la umbră, admira grădina cu trandafiri sau vizita atelierul Victoriei, nu te fugărește nimeni :) Ideea e să-ți încarci bateriile, nu numai să mănânci bine.

We liked the idea, good food, but poorly appreciated quantities; although it was known how many people we would be, it was few and it ended immediately. There weren't enough cutlery, glasses.
The location could be better maintained to meet the required standards, and the host should behave more nicely with the guests. If the children are not approved, it should be mentioned from the moment of booking, this should not rain then with observations that spoil all the fun. You can't keep a child tied to the table or force them to talk slowly ... in the yard.

Too bad the location and concept is interesting. The owner is a difficult person, he can't stand children and you better avoid coming with them, although it is nowhere written as a location in the country of adults only. The food ... is ok.
