In Mai 2019 a apărut în Bacău, ca dintr-un basm antic, un loc nou şi spectaculos, cu fotolii fine la atingere şi blând colorate, tapet cu motive inspirate de padurea de pe dealul Măgurei, oglinzi discrete şi candelabre din bronz patinat şi lacrimi de sticlă tăiată fin, cu supe turnate din carafe, cărnuri sublim marinate şi garnituri surprinzătoare, somon în sos de smântână şi preparate româneşti atent preparate pentru oaspeţi veniţi din îndepărtate lumi, cu Savarin în formă nouă şi oameni a căror dorinţă este să te facă să te simti special de fiecare dată când vii in vizită.
Un loc pe care unii musafiri deja îl numesc acasa, un loc în care timpul se opreste puţin ca să se bucure de atmosfera şi de gust, un loc care avea nevoie de un nume pe masură.
A fost ales Savarin.

Though a little away from the center and hidden behind the Bohemia hotel, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The service from Doanita and Dragos is highly professional and very friendly. The signature dessert Savarin is exceptional. The food is well made and the wine selection excellent. Very affordable for the quality and overall experience. Highly recommended! Sursa: Google

I recommend this place as the best restaurant in Bacau and I mean it!
The atmosphere is very pleasant build with class and elegance, the food tastes amazing like you never eaten before and it melts in your mouth and the service is done with respect and kindness.
Highly recommended!

A great restaurant. Great atmosphere. I’m their customer at the hotel since I started having business trips to Bacău and was always satisfied. Tonight, I enjoyed their tomato cream soup, which was great. I recommend to try it, you will like their special way of making it.
Edit, Sept 2021: Most of their dishes are presented beautifully. The personell is always friendly. (Added a photo of the way the smoked salmon with rucola was served today). A few months ago I was driving through Bacau and in a bit of a hurry, they took my order via the phone. I arrived, waited for 5 more minutes, ate, paid and left.
