Ordered a takeaway pizza from here. I waited a long time to collect it and, when it finally arrived, I checked it only to see it was the wrong pizza, not the one I had ordered. When I informed the waiter of this and pointed at the pizza I ordered on the menu, he pointed to the one I received and said 'that was the one I thought you meant'. He did not offer to re-do the pizza or refund me, instead, he did not return my change to me, assuming that he was due a tip for a pizza that I had waited to collect.
