Situată într-o clădire de patrimoniu din Piața Sfatului, Dolissima -Bistrot Gourmet oferă argumente solide pentru o vizită în orice moment al zilei: un mic dejun generos pentru turistul dornic să bată la pas orașul, un prânz în familie sau un brunch festiv, un aperitiv între prieteni sau o cină romantică, la lumina intimă de la mezanin.
Bucătăria are un meniu internațional bogat, propus ca o călătorie culinară, care-și începe aventura din însorita Italie (cu pasta artizanală și pizza), surprinde apoi simplitatea bucătăriei tradiționale românești și o reinterpretează în cheie contemporană, iar pe alocuri atinge tonuri discrete cu iz oriental sau asiatic. Despre aromele de cafea, limonade și alte licori îmbietoare... trebuie savurate.

O locatie primitoare, intima , cu mâncăruri pe gustul meu. Daca dorești sa mănânci ceva proaspăt, gustos și de calitate și treci prin Piață Sfatului , recomand acest bistrou.
The outdoor seating was nice and cozy. Well lit at night and the heaters were all working. The waiter was cheerful and helpful! I ordered an Oreo milkshake that was amazing and a turmeric ginger tea that wasn’t the best but it’s all about your tastebuds! The drink was pretty tho! Overall I had a great experience and would definitely go back! Especially for the Oreo milkshake!

The people working here are really friendly and that's the reason I gave 4 stars and not 3. The pizza looked amazing but it was definitely undercooked; as I was starving, I ate it and didn't feel great afterwards. I also consider that the space is much too small and that's why it gives you the feeling that you have no privacy. I will definitely not come back unless they start baking that pizza as they should. Also, the prices are not low.

I have tried for the forth time the black activated charcoal dough ginger lemon, mozzarella, mushrooms, bell pepper, garlic and parsley pizza and It has a great taste ! I recommend the place and the food! Also they have home made pasta that are delicious!

Always love coming to Come Back, staff are always friendly and helpful. Such a delight to find somewhere in Brasov which actually makes high quality coffee. Worth coming just for the coffee. Thanks guys for such a quality service

Nice coffee and cute location in the outside seating area but our two espresso coffees took about 15 minutes to arrive which we didn't mind but nobody said anything so we weren't sure if they had forgotten us or not. When the coffee did arrive it was very nice and reasonably priced, would return but with the waiting time in mind
